Brunata needs to service your meters and needs access to your apartment:

Important for our visit:

It is important that we can service your meter(s) so that we can prepare correct consumption accounts.

If you are unable to be at home yourself, you can leave the key with a neighbor or caretaker – as long as you let us know.

Please note that if we do not have access to the apartment on the day of the service visit, we may have to estimate your consumption, and you will be charged a no-show fee.

In order to make the visit as efficient as possible, you must create easy access to the meter in advance by removing any obstacles, such as furniture.

Please note, when replacing water or energy meters, subsequent pressure loss may occur in connection with the meter replacement. This can be remedied by cleaning the filters, which is beyond Brunata’s warranty and service area.
